2x20 m / recycled pewter / 2023
50 pewter worms strewn across a forest path. Unnoticeable at first, until one might catch your eye. Each worm was individually crafted in wax and sand casted. The worms were hammered into the earth, but with some effort could be removed. Pica pica (latin for magpie) refers to the behavior of passers by, that would sometimes dig one up and take it home, much like the myth that magpies like to collect shiny objects.
